Payed 1000$ for them to show up and tell me i have an air leak and in order to fix it i have to tow the truck and remove transmission, which i told them you dont need to take tranny to fix it, good thing they did not say i have to remove the cab to fix it, called a diferent mobile mechanic and they fixed us, was a common air leak. The mechanic was just lazy to do it. i would avoid them . They will overcharge you and still not fix the problem , if you read through the reviews you will understand i am not the first person who had same problem. so if i have listened to them i would have spent on towing and service way more then just calling a real mobile mechanic. If you guys are lazy to fix it or dont have the knowledge just say as it is, instead of giving nonsens advices.Posted on Google Cee JayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Called about a blown hub on a trailer. Sent video and pictures to road service. Agreed on a price of $150 to come to me and an additional $150 for them to chain up my axel so I could drive off the highway. When road service arrived the man told me he was only going to tow me and wanted to charge me $1500 to tow me less than 20 miles. When I refused the tow, because I’m driving a vehicle that is fully capable of towing the trailer the same way he would have, the man is insisted on charging me a total of $270 even though he didn’t even touch my truck. When I told them I would pay them $150 for coming to me but no more because he did not preform any work, he proceeded to call the police on me and threaten to impound my truck and trailer. Troopers came, and explained to the man that it was a civil matter and they could not force someone to pay his over inflated rates and that I was also well within my rights to dispute any inflated fees and charges with the thruway authority. I continued to offer to pay the man $150 for his time. After speaking to the troopers the man left without any payment at all. I called a second road service provider and they came, did exactly what myself and rt 32 truck repair had agreed on in the first place. They charged a fair price and got me off the highway in a timely fashion. Please don’t use this company. They are going to take advantage of you and over charge you.Posted on Google Scott CopesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Knowledgeable mechanics....not too busy. Will be my mechanic in the area. Thank you
